here are a review on our performance during our syf by a person from sgbandfusion.
Westwood made an impression for displaying their range of loudness. The whole piece was quite in tune and articulation was quite precise.Yet, the band lacks the ability to sound a little jazzy and the saxophone solo was a bit too soft.
Their Merry Widow showcased their techniques and their range of dynamics well. Overall, it was great; however one of the players used the wrong mute. On a personal basis, this band had the potential to go further. I felt that it was one of the decent bands.
To sum it up, Band’s which was really captivating was Maris Stella, Bedok North, Hai Sing Catholic School and Westwood.
